Her daughter-in-law, Sienna, inspired by Nikki's passion and work ethic, joined the business part-time, eager to learn and grow.

Over time, they discovered a shared vision: to combine their individual strengths—Nikki's financial and operational expertise with Sienna's fresh perspective and people-first approach—to create something new.
